Merck & Co. CEO Ken Frazier is retiring after nearly 30 years with the pharmaceutical company.
Frazier, 66, is slated to be succeeded in June by Chief Financial Officer Robert Davis.
One of the few Black corporate leaders in the United States, Frazier has led Merck as CEO since 2011.
