Project description: One of about 1,000 Meineke Car Care Centers nationally, this facility features eight service bays, a larger-than-usual waiting area, second-floor offices and an employee break room. Franchisees Art and Lisa Sparrow moved from Tupelo, Miss., two years ago to open the shop. Regan and Nikki Kampe have owned the Meineke at 330 E. Kearney St. for eight years.
