The Downtown Rotary Club of Springfield and the Southeast Rotary Club of Springfield recently completed successful implementation of additional toilet facilities for the Masaya Elementary School in Laguna, Philippines. Rotary Club member Mike Williamson and his wife, Carol, discovered the need last year during a trip to the Philippines. The two Springfield Rotary clubs then coordinated the project with the Rotary Club in the Philippines.
