The health insurance company’s “Let’s Talk” RV is parked at Wal-Mart Supercenter, 3315 S. Campbell, until 3 p.m. Advisers will answer questions about the new coverage and help people determine which plan is best for their medical needs.
Enrollment for Part D begins tomorrow, and benefits begin Jan. 1.
Anyone on Medicare is eligible for the coverage, but each plan differs in the types of drugs it covers and the cost of monthly premiums. Available drug plans are sold by private companies, and Humana advisers will help determine which plan is best for each person.
The deadline for enrollment is May 15, after which there is a late enrollment fee of 1 percent of the monthly premium for each month delayed.
