Joe Fraley has been named general sales manager for Springfield 33. He has served as national sales manager for the station since October 1997, after serving as general sales manager for KSBI-TV in Cape Girardeau.
Lisa Cowan has been promoted to senior director for Springfield 33, KSPR-TV. Cowan, who joined the station in January 1997 as a producer of special programs and news, began directing Springfield 33 News at 5 and 10 in December 1997. Cowan will receive her bachelor's degree in communications with an emphasis in mass media production from SMSU in May 1999.
