Project description: Grocer and food services supplier McLane Co. Inc. is leasing a warehouse underway in Garton Business Park, construction officials say. The preengineered metal building is designed with office space and 15 truck bays. Buxton Kubik Dodd Design Collective is the project and landscape architect, as well as the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. Miller Engineering LLC is the structural engineer, and Lee Engineering & Associates LLC is the civil engineer. McLane Co. already operates a 450,000-square-foot distribution center nearby in Republic, according to past Springfield Business Journal reporting.
