McKibben Hall

College of the Ozarks is the general contractor for McKibben Hall, an 18,750-square-foot facility that will house C of O’s schools of nursing and education. Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc. is the architect and the structural engineer for the project. The firm also is providing landscaping services. Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer.

Jody Braswell, director of construction for the college, said the three-story building is slated for completion in the spring. Braswell did not disclose the estimated construction cost.
