McKesson Corp. (NYSE: MCK) closed on its acquisition of Overland Park, Kansas-based Rx Savings Solutions.
The deal includes a $600 million upfront payment. That could reach as high as $875 million, depending on Rx Savings Solutions' financial performance through 2025.
McKesson reported a 5% increase in revenue to $70.2 billion in its latest quarter.
