A California man is pursuing $5 million in damages from McDonald’s on the grounds the company allegedly served mozzarella sticks with insufficient cheese.
The proposed class-action suit is filed on behalf of Chris Howe and 40 others.
In the suit, Howe claims the food the customers were served did not contain “100 percent real cheese,” but instead was partially composed of starch filler.
