McDonald's announced the first new flavor for its Chicken McNuggets since the menu item was launched in 1983.
Spicy Chicken McNuggets will become available nationwide for a limited time starting Sept. 16.
"As our customers have been asking for Spicy McNuggets for some time now, we couldn’t think of a better time to bring them to our menus," said Linda VanGosen, vice president of menu innovation at McDonald's.
