McDonald's is making changes toward healthier products.
Yesterday, the company said it removed artificial preservatives from its McNuggets and several breakfast menu items. It also plans to eliminate high fructose corn syrup from all its hamburger buns by the end of August.
The changes are coming to all 14,000 of McDonald's U.S. stores.
