McDonald's longtime chairman to retire

McDonald's longtime chairman is retiring from the board May 26.

Andrew McKenna, 86, has served in the chairman role for 12 years and on the board for 25 years.

Upon his retirement, he'll be given a nonvoting, advisory role as chairman emeritus.
