McDonald's has been hit with its first lawsuit over the recently announced E. coli outbreak linked to its Quarter Pounders.
Colorado resident Eric Stelly alleges product liability, negligence and breach of implied warranties in the suit, which claims he tested positive for E. coli.
Stelly’s attorney is reportedly representing at least 10 other alleged victims.
