Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Missouri, on Tuesday introduced legislation aimed at improving duck boat safety.
The legislation would require duck boat operators to abide by recommendations made by the National Transportation Safety Board.
That would include the removal of canopies McCaskill said last week made the boat in Table Rock Lake a “sinking coffin.”
