Mayor presents State of the City Thursday

Springfield Mayor Tom Carlson will present his sixth and final State of the City address Thursday morning.

Carlson - who leaves office after the April 7 election - will discuss city issues and his 25-year career in public service with Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce President Jim Anderson. The program will be held during the Good Morning Springfield! breakfast event at 7:30 a.m. at the Springfield Art Museum, 1111 Brookside Drive.
