Mathews & Associates is the civil engineer for the design and construction of St. John’s Regional Health Center’s outpatient diagnostic addition parking deck. Christner Inc. is the architect and DeWitt Dunn is the general contractor. The estimated cost was not disclosed. The project is scheduled for completion this winter. Mathews & Associates Inc. provided services associated with the design and construction of a 330-stall, two-level parking deck. The firm designed modifications and additions to site utilities, grading, paving, water mains, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, access roadways, adjacent parking areas and pedestrian walkways. Other work included coordinating activities with the design team and client, periodic construction observations, pay estimate approval and construction staking.
