Evan Greebel, former lawyer for disgraced pharmaceutical executive Martin Shkreli, was found guilty of helping him in his fraud scheme, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Greebel was convicted of aiding Shkreli in stealing $11 million to pay back investors, according to court documents.
Shkreli, who was convicted in August of defrauding investors, is sitting in prison until his sentencing hearing.
