Mars Wrigley has been fined by U.S. regulators after two workers fell into a tank of chocolate at a Pennsylvania factory last June.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration fined the company to the tune of $14,500.
Mars Wrigley failed to provide contractors with adequate safety training, according to OSHA.
