Williams Construction Inc. is the general contractor for the offices of State Farm Insurance agent Mark Clippard. Ben J. Goforth Architects LLC is the architect, and Vandersluis Engineering Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer for the 2,305-square-foot project, which has an estimated cost of $260,000.

Clippard has leased his current office at 3534 S. National Ave. for about 10 years; he will own the new building, which is scheduled for completion Dec. 15. Clippard, who offers a variety of insurance and financial products, does not have immediate plans to expand his staff of five, though he will gain 655 square feet with the move.
