Morelock-Ross is the general contractor for Marisol’s 14,000-square-foot headquarters, scheduled for completion this summer. Marshall-Waters-Woody is the architect. Engineers are JS Smith Consulting Engineers PC, structural; and Colvin Jones Davis LLC, mechanical and electrical. Marisol, a worldwide logistics and documentation services company, anticipates that the construction cost for the single-story building will come in less than $2 million.
