A coalition of roughly 20 marijuana companies filed suit against nearly 40 smoke shops in St. Louis County and 17 businesses in the Kansas City area.
The lawsuit alleges the stores have illegally sold marijuana under the guise of “THCA hemp flower," undercutting the state's regulated market, according to the Missouri Independent.
Major hemp store chains such as American Shaman and CBD Kratom are among those named in the lawsuit.
