The event, set for noon at University Plaza Hotel and Convention Center, will announce the honoree from among this year’s three finalists: Aaron’s Automotive Products Inc., Jarden Plastic Solutions and Springfield Workshop Inc.
Nominees are evaluated on factors including business stability and growth, employee development, product development and sustainability, environmental, health and safety performance, and community involvement.
Last year’s honoree was Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Co.
Tickets are $25. Register online at the chamber’s Web site, www.springfieldchamber.com. The deadline for registration is 4 p.m. today.
