Posted online
A Manpower Employment Outlook Survey released yesterday tags the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, area as having the best employment outlook in the fourth quarter among the nation’s metropolitan areas.

In the Dallas area, 30 percent of companies surveyed plan to hire more employees in the last three months of 2014 while only 3 percent plan to cut staff during that time. Little Rock, Ark., was among the poorest metropolitan outlooks, and the state of Arkansas was one of the bottom five states in terms of its fourth-quarter jobs forecast, according to the survey.
