Mann Packing issued a voluntary recall for some bagged vegetables, salads and other vegetable products over listeria concerns.
The Salinas, California, food supplier said it issued the recall “out of an abundance of caution” after the Canadian Food Inspection Agency found the listeria germ in one of its products during a random test.
The products were sold at Wal-Mart, Trader Joe's and Signature Farms and have “best-if-used-by” dates ranging from Oct. 11 to Oct. 20.
