A man filed suit against national chain Pie Five Pizza after he allegedly found a "sharp object" in a piece of pizza at the Springfield restaurant.
Mark Hayman, who filed the suit earlier this month over the incident said to have occurred in December 2017, told the Springfield News-Leader the object was a triangular bone that was more than an inch long.
Hayman alleges the object broke one of his molars.
