A man has been charged with stealing iPads from the St. Louis Election Board building.
Marion Jhamere Dukes, 19, is facing felony stealing and burglary charges in connection with the theft of 37 iPads.
St. Louis Election Board officials say the iPads were made inoperable remotely after the theft was discovered.
