Malkmus Law Firm LLC’s new office is owned by holding company GCM Enterprises LLC, according to architect Chris Ball of Jack Ball & Associates Architects. Ball said the 6,500-square-foot building, formerly owned by the Ozark Empire Fleet Reserve Association, comprises a full basement, ground floor and mezzanine. Ball said his firm also handled interior design for the project, which is scheduled for completion at the end of August. He said the building’s interior basically was gutted, except for some dividing walls at the rear for the stairwell and restrooms.
