Malaysia Airlines CEO resigns

Malaysia Airlines CEO Christoph Mueller plans to step down in September, far ahead of the end of his three-year contract.

The company cited “changing personal circumstances."

Mueller started last May to oversee a $1.6 billion overhaul that included cutting 6,000 jobs and unprofitable routes.
