One of the largest U.S. pork processing plants has closed temporarily due to the coronavirus.
Virginia-based Smithfield Foods announced the closure of its Sioux Falls, South Dakota, plant after hundreds of employees tested positive for COVID-19.
The plant, which has 3,700 employees, supplies nearly 130 million servings of food per week.
