Springfield Business Journal will recognize 12 companies that experienced growth during challenging times in the last three years.
The 2010 Dynamic Dozen businesses have been selected, based on company applications indicating year-to-year revenue and percentage growth 2007-09, with results verified by Missouri State University's College of Business Administration.
The 2010 honorees, in alphabetical order, are: Allied Roofing Systems LLC, BKD LLP, Citizens Memorial Healthcare, CoxHealth, Electronic Check Services Inc., Healthcarefirst Inc.; HereToServe Inc. dba Midwest Metro Foreclosures; MaMa Jean's Natural Foods Market LLC; Ozarks Technical Community College; Russell Cellular Inc.; TLC Properties LLC; and Wehr Construction LLC.
The Dynamic Dozen rankings will be announced at a March 4 event, which begins at 5:30 p.m. at DoubleTree Hotel, 2431 N. Glenstone Ave. All of the companies will be featured in a special section in SBJ's March 8 issue, and they will be honored at the banquet, which will culminate in the naming of the Springfield area's No.1 fastest-growing business. SBJ's 2010 PowerSource book, a combination of SBJ list data and the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce membership directory, will debut at the Dynamic Dozen event.
