Magers Enterprises of Springfield has announced the opening of a multi-unit office complex facility in the 2900 block of East Battlefield Road. The 17,000-square-foot facility contains office space for as many as nine individual tenants, with single units offering office space starting at 1,800 square feet.
Randy Magers, co-owner of Magers Enterprises, said the growth in the area of the community warranted the development of the complex.
"I thought the southeast area of Springfield was in need of quality Class A office space, and the East Battlefield location, with 30,000 cars passing by each day, seemed an excellent location. We also feel it's a nice complement to the other commercial projects already in the area."
Slone Architects of Springfield designed the two-tiered office complex. Springfield Builder's Inc. oversaw construction and the R.B. Murray Company of Springfield serves as leasing agent.
Magers said the complex has secured charter tenants and that others are expected in the near future.
Magers Enterprises handles a variety of residential, apartment, shopping center and office complexes in southwest Missouri.
