Annette Bongiorno, the 70-year-old former secretary for imprisoned financier Bernard Madoff, is asking for early release from prison.
Bongiorno is seeking to be released March 19 ater serving two-thirds of a six-year prison term.
Her attorney, Roland Riopelle, cited a law signed by President Donald Trump allowing judges to permit some prisoners to exit prison and enter home confinement after serving two-thirds of a sentence.
