Project description: Measuring 350 feet by 400 feet, the building on Lot 7 in the SWMO Rail and Business Park in Strafford is designed with 8-by-9-foot dock doors with 30,000-pound hydraulic pit levelers as well as two larger drive-in doors. There is also a 6,500-square-foot office area, plus parking for up to 34 full-size trailers and 122 cars. The tenant for the building is L&W Industries LLC, a manufacturer of railroad signal products. The project architect is R.E. Werner Architect LLC, and engineers are Own Inc., civil; and Schoeber Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The structural engineer is undisclosed.
