Posted online
The words “luxury” and “pickup” can and are being used in the same sentence.

Last year, 25 percent of Ford F-series trucks sold cost $50,000 or more, making the model the top-selling luxury vehicle in the U.S., the Dallas Morning News reports, citing data from TrueCar.com.

Six years ago, 1 percent of the trucks sold cost more than $50,000. That figure is now 16 percent and growing.
