Luxury movie theater chain iPic has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
The company is closing a theater in Atlanta, resulting in more than 160 layoffs.
The company, which has 13 locations in eight states and employs 1,300, is seeking a buyer through the bankruptcy proceedings.
