Lululemon has filed suit against Costco.
The lawsuit alleges Costco's private-label line Kirkland is selling similar pants, hoodies and jackets to those that Lululemon offers.
The lawsuit alleges Costco's athleisure clothing is sold at a fraction of the price and leads customers into believing the products "are in fact manufactured by the authentic supplier of the ‘original’ products.”
