Lululemon Athletica founder Chip Wilson has launched a proxy fight in an effort to shake up the company's board.
Wilson has nominated three independent directors to the board.
The move comes around two weeks after the company announced the exit of CEO Calvin McDonald without a clear successor, according to Reuters.
