Lowe’s Cos. Inc. is serving as its own developer for this new store in Republic. EMJ Corp. is the general contractor for the project. Boice, Raidl, Rhea Architects of Kansas is the architect. Ozark Engineering Inc. is the engineer for the new Lowe’s, which is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2006.
The estimated construction cost is $18.5 million, and the project includes 116,000 square feet of retail space and a 31,000-square-foot garden center.
