Lowe's – Ozark

James R. Vannoy & Sons Construction is the general contractor for a new Lowe’s home improvement store in Ozark for owner/developer Jemsite. Blue Ridge Architects PLLC of Tennessee is the architect and Ozark Engineering Inc. is the engineer. Estimated cost for a standard prototype store is $18.5 million, according to Lowe’s Cos. Inc. spokesperson Jennifer Smith.

The new store is located within St. Louis developer Tom Walker’s Ozark Centre. The Ozark Lowe’s is expected to hold a soft opening Nov. 23. Lowe’s is financing its Ozark construction internally. The store will comprise 116,000 square feet of retail floor space and a 31,000-square-foot garden center.
