Lowell Station Apartments – Lowell, Ark.

Warren & Goodin Inc. is the engineer and the architect for Cunningham Development Co. Inc.’s Lowell Station Apartments in Lowell, Ark. Cunningham Development, of Olathe, Kan., is the general contractor for the approximately $28 million, 31-acre multifamily housing development. The development comprises 440 two- and three-bedroom units in several two-story buildings. New utilities will be brought to the site, where a natural waterway will be maintained in its natural state. There also will be a clubhouse, pool and party area. The multiphased project will be completed in early 2007.
