Longtime CEO of public STL company to retire

Vic Richey, the longtime president and CEO of St. Louis-based ESCO Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ESE), is retiring at year's end.

He will remain chair of the company's board when he exits his president and CEO roles on Dec. 31.

Bryan Sayler, the current head of ESCO's Utility Solutions Group, will succeed Richey as president and CEO.
