Londoners are being affected by what experts are warning may be a housing bubble. London is increasingly the preferred location of a large group of the global elite, whose home-buying sprees, in combination with other factors, have jacked up housing prices across the city, according to Al Jazeera.
Roughly 75 percent of new construction in London was sold abroad last year before even being marketed in the city.
