Lohmeyer Russell PC is the architect for owner/developer John Q. Hammons’ Courtyard by Marriott in Oklahoma City. Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins is the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC engineer, and Legacy Ventilation is the civil engineer. Flintco Construction is the general contractor for the project, which was completed in July 2004, with an estimated cost of $16.5 million. Located in downtown, near Oklahoma City’s largest convention center and newest multipurpose arena, the hotel provides views of the historic Bricktown district. The 225-room hotel features a full-service restaurant with lounge, a heated indoor pool, fitness center, business center and flexible meeting space.
