New Dental Clinic
Located at 304 W. Washington in Richland, this project for Central Ozarks Medical Center is slated for completion by December. Lohmeyer-Russell is the project architect on the $650,000 project, and Bales Construction of Waynesville is the contractor.
This project consists of a new state-of-the-art dental clinic housing 12 exam rooms, dentist offices, sterilization facilities, labs, panoramic X-ray, etc. Exterior finish materials are brick and stone.
The building was designed to complement the existing Central Ozarks Medical Center clinic, which shares its site.
