Local winery to be on television

Stone Hill Winery & Restaurant in Hermann will be featured at 7 a.m. May 18 on DiscoverAmerica, a nationally recognized television series that airs on the Travel Channel. According to a news release from the Stone Hill Winery, a DiscoverAmerica team visited the winery and restaurant last September to film a six-minute segment for the series. |ret||ret||tab|

The segment was filmed during a two-day period, and includes not only the winery and restaurant, but also downtown Hermann and the town's unique German architecture.|ret||ret||tab|

Jim Held, owner of the winery, and Patty Held-Uthlaut, public relations director for the business, were interviewed for the segment, the release said.[[In-content Ad]]
