Local companies picked for Missouri showcase

Two southwest Missouri small businesses are among a handful selected to attend a business showcase in Jefferson City to recognize their impact on the state's economic development.

Transport Graphics Inc. in Springfield, AM Pyrotechnics LLC in Buffalo and 18 other small businesses from across Missouri will exhibit their products and services 8-10:30 a.m. Wednesday on the third floor of the Capitol rotunda.

Missouri Small Business & Technology Development Centers and the Missouri Procurement Technical Assistance Centers are presenting the showcase; all 20 companies have used the centers' services, according to a news release.

The businesses also will receive legislative resolutions from their respective state senators and representatives to recognize their role in developing Missouri's economy, the release said.

Transport Graphics provides services in graphic design, signage, large-format printing, custom engraving and digital imaging. AM Pyrotechnics supplies pyrotechnic products and services.[[In-content Ad]]
