Leading up to the Nov. 8 election, 24/7 Wall St. has the list of the top five richest presidents in history.

5. James Madison, net worth of $112 million

4. Andrew Jackson, $131 million

3. Theodore Roosevelt, $138 million

2. Thomas Jefferson, $234 million

1. George Washington, $580 million.

Regardless of whether Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump wins this election, they'll rank among the wealthiest presidents in American history, according to the report.
