Project description: The Waynesville School District is building a new two-story elementary school. Planned spaces include a gymnasium that will also function as a storm shelter, a maker lab, a media center, art and music areas and classrooms for 670 students, project officials say. The new campus off Missouri Highway T is also designed to include outdoor learning spaces on a 25-acre site.
