Liberty Bank Tech Center

Wirt-Flavin Construction Co. Inc. is the general contractor for the Liberty Bank Tech Center. Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc. is the architect, structural engineer and interior designer for the project, and Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer. The structure, which will comprise about 20,000 square feet, will serve as the headquarters for Liberty Bank’s information systems equipment and personnel. There will be space for servers and communication and processing systems, as well as office space, a break room and a small training room. The building’s design incorporates flexibility for possible future interior expansion. Stained concrete and storefront glazing are incorporated in the interior design of the facility, and the exterior façade has metal wall panels, wood siding and insulated glazing. According to a building permit filed with the city of Springfield, the project has an estimated value of $2.1 million. Completion is slated for June.
