Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc. is the architect, and Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the engineer. The estimated cost of the full-service banking facility is $600,000 and includes a drive-through and an automated teller machine. Completion is slated for Nov. 1.
